St. Vincent de Paul of Sonoma County
One of the most trusted and reputable social service agencies in the North Bay, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Sonoma County (SVdP), was founded in 1958 as an independent non-profit organization.
Following in the tradition of Frederic Ozanam, founder of the international Society of St. Vincent de Paul, our mission is to provide assistance to people in need, regardless of creed, race, status or origin.
SVdP's programs and volunteer network have grown to directly impact the lives of over 129,000 low-income and homeless people in Sonoma County each year. Additionally, daily surplus food is distributed indirectly to hundreds of limited-income Sonoma county residents in Institutional and Residential settings.
