Then, when you are ready to submit your answers to the questions in Part 2, simply return to this web page and click on the same link below. This time, fill out the on-screen questionnaire with your answers, then click the “Submit” button. Soon after that, we will be contacting you (using the email address or phone number you provide here) to set up an interview with you.
